Four & Five is proud to welcome Tessa Gijbels as a partner to the firm, together with her right-hand and senior associate Pauline Devos.
Tessa has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and real estate law in a broad range of industries.
Tessa advises clients – ranging from start-ups to established companies – on a variety of corporate and commercial matters and contracts, ranging from setting up their day-to-day operations, advising on a variety of commercial contracts to structuring and negotiating strategic transactions.
With the arrival of Tessa, we are strengthening the capabilities of our corporate and commercial practice as well as adding a strong real estate practice to the mix. Tessa has ample experience with a wide range of real estate transactions and agreements, including construction agreements, building rights, usufruct, rent, concession, lease and EPC agreements.
