Litigation and disputes are an inevitable part of a company’s life cycle, and Four & Five helps its clients to address these challenges.

We advise our clients on their rights and obligations, their exposure to litigation and potential actions to remedy or mitigate such exposure. What are the strenghts and weaknesses of the file, and what is the best way to avoid or tackle the issue?

We assist our clients with their negotiations and defend their interests in alternative dispute resolution proceedings (e.g. mediation or arbitration). If a negotiated solution is found, we make sure termination of the dispute is properly documented in a settlement agreement.

If disputes cannot be settled out of court, we defend our clients in front of the Belgian courts.
